1.1. Shipping Countries: We currently ship our products to all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Please note that different shipping fees may apply depending on the destination country.
1.2. Delivery Time: The delivery process is divided into two distinct phases:
1.3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and added to the total order value at the checkout page.
1.4. Tracking and Follow-up: You will be provided with a tracking number for the shipment immediately upon handover to the shipping company. While the customer is responsible for tracking their shipment, we provide necessary support in cooperation with the shipping carrier to resolve any unforeseen delays or issues.
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. Returns and exchanges are accepted exclusively in the following two instances:
1. Manufacturing or Shipping Defects: This includes clear manufacturing defects (such as missing essential pieces or damage to the backboard) or damage resulting from shipping.
2. Change of Mind After Receipt (Partial Refund): If you wish to return the product due to a change of mind after final approval and receiving the order:
Defect Reporting Procedure: To report any manufacturing defect or missing pieces, please contact us via our official email within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching clear photos of the damage.
Full Refund Cases: A full cash refund (product value only) is provided in one instance only: If the Customer requests cancellation BEFORE providing final approval of the Digital Proof. Once the Digital Proof is approved, the design costs are incurred, and a full refund is no longer possible.
Partial Refund (Change of Mind): If you wish to cancel or return the product for a "Change of Mind" after Final Approval:
Refund Method: Refunds are processed using the Customer's original payment method. If the original payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via Bank Transfer. Refunds are completed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: In all refund cases (full or partial):

1.1. Acceptance: Your use of the CollectMeMosaics website and its custom order features constitutes your explicit agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
1.2. The Site: Refers to the online platform managed by CollectMeMosaics.
1.3. The Customer: Refers to any individual or entity placing an order for a Custom Product (mosaic board) through the Site.
1.4. Custom Product: Refers to the mosaic board that is specifically prepared based on the image selected by the Customer and the specifications approved by them.
2.1. Image Submission: The Customer must upload the original desired image in high resolution, suitable for conversion into a mosaic design, via the Site or approved communication channels.
2.2. Payment: Full payment must be completed before the digital conversion phase or any processing of the Custom Product begins.
2.3. Digital Proof: After digital conversion, the Site will provide a "Digital Proof" (Pixel Map) illustrating the final appearance of the mosaic. Approval of this proof is a mandatory condition to commence order fulfillment.
2.4. Revisions: The Customer is entitled to request revisions to the Digital Proof (such as color adjustments or cropping) until complete satisfaction is reached.
2.5. Changing the Original Image: The Customer is allowed to completely change the original image one time only free of charge after the conversion process has begun. Any subsequent image changes may be subject to an administrative fee.
2.6. Final Approval (Crucial): Your explicit approval of the Digital Proof constitutes direct authorization for us to finalize the order.
2.7. Intellectual Property (Customer Responsibility): The Customer acknowledges full responsibility for the intellectual property rights of the images provided. You guarantee that your images do not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or rights of any third party. CollectMeMosaics disclaims any liability arising from such disputes.
2.8. Pre-Assembly Service (Optional):
3.1. Shipping Duration: Timelines specified on the product page are estimates for preparation and shipping, not binding guarantees, due to the involvement of third-party carriers.
3.2. Receipt: The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
3.3. Returns and Defects: As these are custom-made products, returns are regulated strictly by our Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy. In summary:
4.1. Cancellation BEFORE Approval: The Customer may cancel the order and receive a Full Refund of the product value, provided the cancellation request is made before giving final approval on the Digital Proof.
4.2. Cancellation AFTER Approval: Due to the customized nature of the product, full cancellation is not permitted after Final Approval.
5.1. CollectMeMosaics Rights: All designs, templates, graphics, and content on the Site are the exclusive property of CollectMeMosaics and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
6.1. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
6.2. Amendments: CollectMeMosaics reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Site.
6.3. Communication: All official notices and inquiries must be made in writing via the official email or communication channels specified on the Site.
